Tomorrow I am off to Pantasaph (North Wales) Friary to give a weekend retreat on "Mary and the Gift of Motherhood". I have enjoyed doing the preparation for it but (whisper it) I know less now than before I started! I have great faith in the Holy Spirit and Our Lady's prayers!
I hope you have had a wonderful time at Pantasaph Father. I have been once--to be honest the food wasn't very good, but its at least 15 years ago, I also have a friend in N Wales called Sister Seraphim, she is a hermit, near St Winefride's Well. Meanwhile I have been to the Benedictines at Bamber Bridge.I hope you don't mind me putting it on here but the Carmlelites are meeting this Sunday and also on the 27th, and Mary is ready to take her final vows--would it be possible for you to be at one of the meetings for her.I wont be able to attned Latin Mass unfortunately therefore.

Greetings:
ReplyDeleteI am keenly interesting in learning more about Sister Seraphim, the hermit, as I have recently come across one of her writings, Mystical Marriage and Divinisation..., and was overwhelmed with excitement. This article anticipates the direction of my own thought and writings, yet I remain skeptical fearing I am treading on the thin ice of heresy.
Does SS have other articles or publications available for public consumption?
Thank you. pastryczny@sbcglobal.net
