Profound "Anglican Difficulties"

I have almost finished "Shadow Gospel" by Rev. Charles Raven. The subtitle is, "Rowan Williams and the Anglican Communion Crisis". It is a fascinating read, written from an Evangelical point of view, and shows quite clearly, I think, the connection between the Archbishop's theology (especially, but not entirely, in relation to sexual morality) and the "crisis" referred to. When I have finished the book I shall say more, but anyone who wants to understand - to some extent - what the Anglican Communion and the Church of England especially are going through now should seriously consider getting this book.
